If your kids have been stuck at home for most of the lockdown, then I bet you’re running out of things to keep them busy.
While places are slowly opening up and it is so lovely to see everyone out and about again, the weather is only just starting to show some sunny days, and let’s face it – going out costs money!
So why not get them busy in the kitchen, for one they will be entertained (and learn something), and more important: yummy sweet treats = a happy family
I’ve put together some easy recipes I found that don’t require any baking and most of them easy enough for the kids to lend a hand or if they are old enough attempt with very little supervision required.

I think I love Milo even more now than when I was a kid. A sweet indulgence, perfect for those cold winter evenings topped with marshmallows. These Milo balls by Bake Play Smile are so quick and easy to make, and the kids can get hands-on with rolling these treats. You don’t even need a food processor, just throw the biscuits in a sealable bag, grab a rolling pin (or empty wine bottle), and hit away those frustrations.

I’m going to go as far as saying that if you don’t like cookie dough then we just can’t be friends. It has become very popular and is even used for fillings in cakes. These No Bake Cookie Dough bars by A Mom’s take requires a little more work, but the final result is so beautiful and every mouthful oh so worth it.
